Dr. Myhanh Nguyen, aka “Dr. Winn,” is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has practiced in the seacoast New Hampshire area for over 17 years. She graduated from the University of Kansas medical school in 2004 and completed her Internal Medicine training at Maine Medical Center in 2007. In addition to her clinical expertise, she has served several leadership roles including Chief Medical Information Officer at Wentworth Douglass Hospital , Regional Medical Director at Portsmouth Regional Hospital & Parkland Medical center where she oversaw hospitalist, emergency, and psychiatric service lines. She is also board certified in clinical informatics since 2017, and earned her executive MBA in healthcare from Auburn University in 2019.

Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and moved to Kansas City with her family at the age of 16. She attended Westport High School in Kansas City before becoming a proud “Jayhawk.” She graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelors degree in Biology. She then worked as researcher at the University of Kansas Medical Center with a focus on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases for 2 years before pursuing her career in medicine.

In her down time, she enjoys cooking, knitting, exploring national parks (so far 26 and counting), photography and volunteering as a board member for the Ragged Mountain Alpine Racing Program.
